AbstractThe purpose of the work reported in this paper was to investigate the effect of low pressure on the commercial ripeness of the grape varieties "Ohanes" and "Napoleon " . Hypobaric pressures of 200, 310 and 420 Tprr and the atmospheric pressure were tested, with the air circulation maintained at 2 l/h and normal cold storage at 0ºC in all cases.
