La justicia en un mundo globalizado

Abstract

[EN] This article, conceived as introduction to the monographical section of the present volume, treats to offer a panoramic exposition of the contemporary philosophical debates on the global reach of the concept of distributive justice: in a first step, globalization will be presented as imperative background for today’s reflexion on justice (1); in a second step, contrasting the before mentioned aspect, the State-centered character of the hegemonic conception of justice will be pointed out (2); in a third step, the globalist reactions to the dominant methodological nationalism will be considered (3); and finally shall be emphasized the need to configure universal global institutions that would permit the implementation of the universalist requirements of justice (4).

[ES] Este artículo, escrito a modo de introducción de la sección monográfica del presente número, trata de ofrecer una exposición panorámica de la discusión filosófica contemporánea sobre el alcance planetario de la noción de justicia distributiva: en primer lugar, se presenta la globalización como trasfondo ineludible de la reflexión sobre la justicia (1); a continuación, y en constraste con ello, se destaca el carácter estadocéntrico de la concepción hegemónica de justicia social (2); en un tercer momento, se da cuenta de las reacciones globalistas al nacionalismo metodológico dominante (3); y, por último, se señala la necesidad de configurar instituciones globales mínimas que posibiliten la implementación de las exigencias universalistas de la justicia (4).
