Pharmaceutical compositions containing sulphonic acid derivatives

Abstract

A naphthalenesulfonic acid or quinolinesulfonic acid of formula (I), wherein A is N or a CR8 formula group, where R8 is H, OH, NR10OR11, independently from one another, where R10 and R11 represent H or C1-C6 alkyl or a group of formula NH-CO-R12, where R12 is C1-C6 alkyl or C6-C10 aryl; R1 and R2 represent H or SO3R9, independently from one another, where R9 is H, ammonium or a cation of an alkali or alkaline-earth metal; R3 is H or OH; and R4, R5, R6 and R7 represent H, an NR10R11 or NH-CO-R12 group, independently from one another; on the condition that (i) at least one of R1 or R2 is SO3R9, and (ii) at least one of R4, R5, R6 or R7 is an NR10R11 or NH-CO-R12 group, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts; and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

Un ácido naphthalenesulfonic o ácido quinolinesulfonic de la fórmula (i), en donde A es N o un grupo de la fórmula CR8, donde está H R8, OH, NR10OR11, independientemente a partir del uno otro, donde R10 y R11 representan el alquílico H o C1-C6 o un grupo de fórmula NH-CO-R12, donde está el alquílico C1-C6 o el arílico R12 C6-C10 R1 y R2 representan H o SO3R9, independientemente a partir de la una otra, donde está H, amonio o un catión R9 de un alcalino o de un alkaline-earth-metal R3 es H u OH y R4, R5, R6 y R7 representan H, un grupo NR10R11 o NH-CO-R12, independientemente a partir de la una otra a condición de que (i) por lo menos uno de R1 o de R2 es SO3R9, y (ii) por lo menos uno de R4, R5, R6 o R7 es un grupo NR10R11 o NH-CO-R12, o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y un excipiente farmacéutico aceptable.
