Abstract[ES] Se ha estudiado el contenido de lípidos totales, saponificable e insaponificable, asi como los ácidos grasos de almeja, berberecho y mejillón. Las muestras se obtuvieron en la ría de Arosa, durante los meses de abril y mayo.
[EN] Total lipids, saponifiable and unsaponifiable and fatty acids content of clam, cockle and mussel were studied. The samples were obtained from the Ria de Arosa and collected in April and May.
