Título: | Sorption and Interaction of the Flavonoid Naringenin on Tomato Fruit Cuticles |
Autor: | Domínguez-Carmona, Eva María; Luque, Patricia; Heredia, A. | Palabras clave: | flavonoid naringenin Solanum lycopersicum |
Fecha de publicación: | 27-jul-2009 | Editor: | American Chemical Society | Citación: | J. Agric. Food Chem., 2009, 57 (16), pp 7560–7564 | Resumen: | The flavonoid naringenin accumulates in tomato fruit epidermis during ripening. The sorption of this flavonoid to enzymatically isolated cuticles of Solanum lycopersicum was studied as a function of the temperature and naringenin concentration at two stages of fruit growth. The selected stages were mature green, without flavonoids in the cuticle, and ripe tomato, with significant amounts of flavonoids in the cuticle. | Versión del editor: | http://pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.1021/jf9011455 | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/17921 | DOI: | 10.1021/jf9011455 |
