AbstractWe introduce a novel scheme for optically coupling photonic emitters. Based on an diffractive optical element we create coupling in an array of discrete optical emitters. Our network of 1600 nonlinear oscillators surpasses the current state of the art by orders of magnitude. For Implementing neuromorphic computing in our network we demonstrate chaotic time series prediction.
