dc.description.abstract | [EN] In this paper, sugar beet photosynthetic pigments, as determinated quantitatively by HPLC, are discussed in relation to those obtained using several equations. Three extraction methods are also compared. The 100% acetone has been the most efficient solvent among the various organic reagents tested. On the other hand, it seems that the chlorophyll a/b ratio depends on the extractant and the equation used. | en_US |
| en_US |
