Transgresiones sexuales en el islam medieval

Abstract

Se presenta una serie de actos sexuales considerados transgresores por la ley y la religión islámicas, y su reflejo en la sociedad, vistos a través de la literatura, la medicina y el derecho, fundamentalmente, y, en menor medida, aspectos contemplados en el Corán y opiniones de filósofos musulmanes de la Edad Media. Junto al acto transgresor se recoge el ambiente específico en el que se desarrolla, con particular atención a las reuniones festivas en las que intervienen otros elementos reprobables y condenados, especialmente el uso del vino que podía propiciar varias de estas transgresiones.

There appears a series of sexual acts considered transgressors in Islamic law and religion, and his reflex in the society, seen across the literature, the medicine and the law, fundamentally, and, in minor measurement, aspects contemplated in the Koran and opinions of Moslem philosophers of the Middle age. Along with the act transgressor gathers the specific ambience in the one that develops, with particular attention to the festive meetings with other reprehensible and convicted elements, specially the use of the wine which could propitiate several of these disobediences.
