AbstractWe analyze the effect of radial and azimuthal polarizations compared to circular in waveguide fs-laser writing via ion-migration in phosphate glass. Transformation threshold and structure size at high energy is increased for both of them, while nonlinear refractive index is decreased for azimuthal.
