Our approach starts with a high dimensionality basis generated from the cross-correlation of complex Zernike polynomials. Single-value decomposition and principal component analysis are used to reduce dimensionality. The resulting basis functions have been applied to the reconstruction of individual OTFs from a dataset of normal eyes. Our results suggest that this reconstruction is feasible with a reasonable number of basis functions. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/149519 |
