Dibujar la arquitectura de Al-Andalus: la base de un método de investigación

Abstract

[EN] Drawing as a tool for analysis of the architecture of the past, is essential in the work of research. Its use in our researches on the architecture of al-Andalus has enabled us to generate a genuine corpus of planimetry, from which many other studies can be developed. We show here different examples, both surveys of single monuments and applications of the available drawings to typological analysis and comparison of shapes and sizes that are useful for a better understanding of the architecture from al-Andalus.[ES]
