Abstract[EN] Four induced mutants of 'Bomi' barley resistant against powdery mildew were crossed with trisomics and telotrisomics derived from cv. 'Shin Ebisu Nr. 16'. The respective resistance genes were located on chromosomes by determining deviating segregation ratios in critical F2 generations. The resistance genes for mutants E61 and E202 were identified on the long arm of chromosome 4 but outside the ml-0 locus and those of te mutants E30 and N151 on chromosome 5.
