Título: | Fatty acid, phospholipids and health: targeted lipidomic assays in animals, cells and humans |
Autor: | Rodríguez Alcalá, Luis M. CSIC; Castro-Gómez, Pilar CSIC; Fontecha, F. Javier CSIC ORCID | Fecha de publicación: | 2012 | Citación: | Cantabria Campus Nobel (2012) | Resumen: | Lipids functions in biological systems are defined as structural and energy supply. However recent investigations have stated their involvement in cell signalling, development of certain diseases as well as their treatment. A lipidome comprise a highly diverse array of molecular species what collectively rise to many tens of thousand compounds. AIM: Description of sample preparation and analytical methods used in the lipidomic analysis of plasma, erythrocytes, tissues (brain, liver, adipose tissue…) from human and animals as well as foodstuffs in investigations currently in progress in our laboratory. | Descripción: | Resumen del póster presentado al Cantabria Campus Nobel celebrado en Santander (España) del 11 al 15 de junio de 2012. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/114602 |
