The system transforms a Cell-Culture under Test (CCUT) ¡nto a suitable 'bioIogical' oscillator, using only a DC power supply. Thanks to cell-electrode electrical models employed, the oscillation parameters obtained can be directly related with biological test. The system simulations solve with a 0.16 Hz/μm2 resolution on cell area detection for a proposed 50 x 50 μm2 microelectrode area. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10261/107887 |
